Introducing Reactions

Pals. We’ve got a new feature for you. It’s fun.

When you select a question, you’ll notice something about its answers—in addition to the voting option, there are now reactions!

Grateful for such a quality answer? Hit “thanks”! Not too sure about it? Raise that eyebrow and hit “skeptical” (and answer, if you think you’ve got it right). Is your mind blown? Best hit “shocked” and gather your brains. Rofling? Are you rofling rn? Only makes sense to hit “funny”. You can click however many apply to you.

While voting is still paramount in the Answers democracy, we hope reactions give you a more personal way to react to the answers that make this place what it is. It’ll inform your fellow answerers of what’s helpful, what they should expand on, what’s astonishing, and what’s making you L your A O.

Get out there and feel something. In addition to voting and commenting, hit the reactions that apply. If you have suggestions for additional reactions (or just want to talk), don’t hesitate to contact us.
