Why You Should Get an Answers Account

Of course, there’s one really obvious reason you should sign up for an Answers account—you get to ask questions, and that’s one of the best uses of the site! However, there are also plenty of other little perks that come with an Answers account, and we want to familiarize you with them.

For starters, as cute as our anonymous profile pictures are, with your own account comes a real profile picture, along with customization of your display name, handle, and tagline, which can be accessed from “Settings.” Just makes it feel more like a home, you know?

On the more practical side of things, all the questions you’ve asked live on your profile page, so you can easily navigate back to them whenever you want.

Signing up for an account also automatically signs you up for our newsletter, which includes the best stuff on the site. (You can opt out if you want, but we promise not to spam your inbox).

And finally, making an account means you’re officially part of the Answers community. We’d be really glad to have you.

We can hear you now: “You’ve won me over,” you say, “I’m dying to make an account on the illustrious Answers.com! How do I do it?”

We are so glad you asked, as we are in the answers business. To make an account, find the blue “Login” button.

To find it on mobile, tap the three bars in the top right. On desktop, find it in the top right corner.

From there, you can sign up with your Google account, Facebook account, or email.

More features to your profile are in the works, and we’re excited to share those with you when we can!
